Technical :

FM 253 increases the heat output of the fuel by about 25%. This increases the torque / power (BHP) of the engine. By re-tuning the engine to the earlier torque levels, the fuel consumption is reduced. The improvement in fuel efficiency largely depends on various factors, including engine condition and driving styles. In  actual experience, it is observed that a minimum savings of 18% is possible.
